Becktronic – First-class stencils for SMT solder paste and glue

Laser systems designed for absolute precision cutting are used in the manufacture of products. The materials used, including stainless steel, fine-grained, nickel and invar, meet the highest quality requirements and consist of alloys that are specifically optimized for the laser cutting process. They are characterized by their absence of tension, uniform material thickness and a degree of hardness adapted to all production processes.

In addition to accuracy and our high-quality standards, customers also benefit from very short delivery times and extensive customer service. Process chain traceability is always provided.

The stencils are brushed on both sides as standard. The resulting deburring and removal of the finest cutting particles are part of a production process, the result of which is a high-quality SMD stencil with high precision. We also offer optional additional surface treatments (BECchem | BECnano), which counteract uneven pressure deposits, especially in fine-height areas.
